对出口信用保险合同的法律适用问题，保险法没有作出明确规定。鉴于出口信用保险的特殊性，人民法院审理出口信用保险合同纠纷案件，可以参照适用保险法的相关规定；出口信用保险合同另有约定的，从其约定。
